Carmen C. Ray is a 30+ year entrepreneur, publisher, and business leader who transitioned from traditional business ownership into digital publishing, community building, and travel entrepreneurship. She is the founder of Be Well Travel & Lifestyle Magazine and has helped grow a global expansion team of travel advisors and entrepreneurs. Carmen leads the Purpose phase, helping participants stay consistent, focused, and connected while building their goals.

Michael Damond

Michael Damond is the founder of WeMerge Media and co-founder of the 4Ps Initiative. He is a branding strategist, creative director, and digital visibility expert who helps entrepreneurs strengthen their professional presence through branding, visual identity, marketing systems, and digital tools. Michael leads the Positioning phase, helping participants improve visibility and professional presentation.
